A materials list for the most sensitive

This is a materials list consult I did for a client who put herself in the most sensitive category.

She was not able to test materials due to unclear reactions as well as being too sick, so this is one situation where we have to use the most sensitive people as a rough guide.

It will still be VERY risky for her to not test materials for herself.

The only way that is going to work is if you are doing brain retraining (start before the build is finished, so that you have a baseline of calm in the nervous system before you start to train yourself on entering the new house), and/or you are currently getting clear of mold and MT or you will be getting clear of mold and MT when you move - this definitely includes leaving most of your stuff behind especially your bed and bedding and any large objects in the bedroom.

In this multi-day consult I am responding to a list of materials that she gave me.

Also note that this is a block home not a standard wood framed house with a cavity.

If you are building be sure to get a copy of my book to walk you through each material category and brands in more detail.

I am answering questions related to the book for the next month and a half here.

Here is the material list (it’s long).

(Thought it’s not every material that goes into a house, that is something I will provide in future).
