This is a guide to what you should look at when choosing a prefab house company.

I will also review seven brands.

I have talked about six of these prefab companies on my website before, but I went through them again for a new review in May, 2025.

Each re-review took about 1-2 hours per company.

A lot had changed with these companies so there is new information on them now.

One of them I no longer recommend. I looked at one new one for this article.

The panelized systems in general are best suited to those who are prioritizing mold-safe housing, and who have mild to no chemical sensitivities.
